We are actively monitoring and planning the organisation’s response to the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).
At this stage, we are continuing to provide our Occupational Therapy, Assistive Technology and Freedom Wheels services. However, please be aware that outreach and assessment clinic services may be impacted if we determine an unsuitably high risk of getting or spreading the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
The decision to postpone outreach and clinic services is currently being made on a case-by-case basis. Our therapy team will discuss your specific situation and risk factors with you prior to making a decision. We understand and urge you to contact our office if you would like to postpone or cancel existing appointments. Solve will endeavour to reschedule postponed appointments at our earliest convenience.
The Solve office will continue to be attended during this time. It is our intention that service request registration and phone-based services will remain unaffected.
The Coronavirus threat is a rapidly evolving situation and Solve will be checking daily for updates about Coronavirus from the Australian Government’s Department of Health and the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services, to ensure we are complying with their latest recommendations regarding the Coronavirus outbreak.
