We are committed to providing equitable access to our services across Victoria using a combination of outreach services and telecommunication systems (telehalth), as well as working with your local allied health professionals.
Bringing services to you during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak
With increased health and safety risks of Coronavirus (COVID-19) across Australia, we continues to explore new ways to deliver our services. We have integrated a variety of technologies including Telehealth Video Call appointments, to ensure you have access to the services you depend on.
What is a telehealth Video Call Appointment?
Appointments with an occupational therapist are available using a variety of technologies and software systems. At Solve, we offer multiple secure systems to connect with you and your care team. Applications such as Health Direct, Zoom and FaceTime make it easy to deliver therapy services to you and your family, from the safety and convenience of your home.
You can connect with a Solve occupational therapist from your home, work, or wherever is most convenient, using your everyday devices – smartphone, tablet or desktop computer.

To access occupational therapy services via telehealth you can use available occupational therapy hours in your NDIS Plan. If you are not an NDIS participant, you can request occupational therapy services through your GP.
