Disability & Employment Project:  My Employment Pathways

Funded by: The Ian Potter Foundation & Gandel Philanthropy (July 2019 – July 2021)

This project is focused on enhancing awareness and access to specialised therapy services, assistive technologies, and workplace modifications, supporting people with disability in their vocational and employment endeavours.

We understand everyone’s pathway to employment is unique.

We offer specialised services to support each individual’s pathway toward getting a job and maintaining meaningful employment.

The pathway to employment may include one or more of the following areas:

  • Job-seekers
  • Job-keepers
  • TAFE
  • University
  • Professional development
  • Skills training (short and long-term)
  • Volunteering, trials and internships
  • Current employees

In collaboration with university disability service teams, Disability Employment Services (DES), the NDIS, JobAccess, employers, and our external partners, we are addressing environmental barriers to employment.

Our goal is to improve employment access, participation, performance and job satisfaction for people with disability through the provision of:
