Disability & Employment Project:  My Employment Pathways

Funded by: The Ian Potter Foundation & Gandel Philanthropy (July 2019 – July 2021)

This project is focused on enhancing awareness and access to specialised therapy services, assistive technologies, and workplace modifications, supporting people with disability in their vocational goals.

We understand everyone’s pathway to employment is unique.

We offer specialised services to support each individual’s pathway toward getting a job and maintaining meaningful employment.

We aim to assist individuals by identifying their work, study or training goals and barriers to recommend practical and customised solutions to promote greater independence and skill development.

The My Employment Pathways project supports:

  • Students
  • Trainees
  • School Leavers
  • Job-seekers
  • Current employees

Our goal is to improve employment access, participation, performance and job satisfaction for people with disability through the provision of:
