Project Co-ordinators are responsible for assessing individual client needs and matching these needs with volunteer members who have appropriate skills, expertise and experience. They act as liaison between volunteers and clients, monitoring progress of the project and ensuring outcomes are satisfactory. They are also responsible for ongoing education and development of volunteers.

Liz has over 9 years of occupational therapy experience in a variety of settings. She has worked in rural health in Australia, and in the United Kingdom in acute, community and corporate sectors.  Liz's interests include home assessment and modifications, wheelchair/scooter assessment and general functional assessment, with the aim of promoting functional independence for all.  Liz also has an interest in innovation and OT peer mentoring via OT Australia.  Liz coordinates across the North Western metropolitan regions, Barwon, Ballarat and Bendigo, as well as Freedom Wheels. 

Revathi is an Occupational Therapist and has more than 8 years' experience working with children and people with various disabilities. She has extensive experience in customising wheelchairs for people with complex postural needs and prescribing various Assistive Technology devices. More recently she has worked with Irabina Autism Services. She works with the Freedom Wheels program and on projects in Metropolitan and South East Melbourne regions.  

Anne Collins is an Occupational Therapist and joined Solve Disability Solutions in 2009 as Project Coordinator for the Central Gippsland branch. Anne combines her work with Solve with part-time work in community health. Her area of expertise is in falls prevention.
