Felicity’s career is defined by building successful new organisational capabilities including customer services, efficient operations and high performing teams.  She has held senior roles in state and federal government and in the public transport sector in Victoria.  She is a leader and expert in strategy, digital service delivery, engagement, communications, marketing and events. Felicity holds a bachelor degree in media, a masters degree in business innovation (MEI) and a diploma in sustainability. She joined the Solve board in March 2015.

Ian is a retired Geologist with over 42 years of Australian & International service with the Rio Tinto Group. Within the Australian Resources Industry his experience includes technical, production, international marketing/sales and senior management roles including human resources, OH&S and project & facility management. His role prior to retirement was managing the Rio Tinto Technology & Innovation facility in Bundoora. He has worked through Leadership Victoria to assist Abbyfield Australia to develop OH&S procedures and has presented at their National Conference and at various technical presentations to Rotary. Other Board experience includes sporting clubs and an Australian tourism business. He joined the Solve board in March 2015.

Barbara Doyle is a qualified Project Manager and CSR practitioner with extensive experience across a range of public sector, local government and financial services organisations. Prior to retiring in late 2013, Barb had worked for AXA (now AMP) for 14 years. As a double amputee, Barbara has a keen understanding of the issues that many Solve clients deal with every day. Barb joined the Solve board in December 2013.

Educated with an engineering degree and a Masters in Business from New York University, Mark has worked in a range of industries, including construction and manufacturing, and has lived and worked in Melbourne, Papua New Guinea, New York and Shanghai, China. In his most recent role, Mark was the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region of a global manufacturing company. During this time he led 16 operational centres and 300 staff across a broad range of cultures, and was also a member of the organisation's global management board. Mark retired from this successful full-time international business career in 2015, but continues to provide business and people management support and coaching in a range of profit and not for profit endeavours, and is an active volunteer member of Solve, undertaking individual projects and assisting with the Freedom Wheels program. He joined the Solve board in October 2016 and took on the role of Treasurer in January 2017.

Philip has a financial background and recently retired from the ANZ Bank where he held a number of senior technical and managerial roles.

Mark is an experienced Senior Finance Manager with expertise across a broad range of finance and commercial areas. He has extensive skills in accouting/finance, process improvement, strategy development, planning, and IT systems development and implementation. He also has extensive experience in Change Management and leading and developing individuals and teams. Mark worked with Rio Tinto for over 30 years and is currently the Finance and Controls Group Manager for VicTrack. He is motivated by leading teams and developing individuals to collectively achieve results, and his career history reflects his ability to use his strong commercial skills and acumen to deliver results.

Lisa, an occupational therapist, is an experienced and accomplished leader across the fields of disability community development, occupational therapy, and sport. Lisa has demonstrated skills in risk management, stakeholder engagement, service design, curriculum and research design and operational delivery.  She has taken her lifelong experience of being a wheelchair user, and created learning opportunities for health professional students and people with disabilities throughout the Australia Oceania region.
