Project Co-ordinators are responsible for assessing individual client needs and matching these needs with volunteer members who have appropriate skills, expertise and experience. They act as liaison between volunteers and clients, monitoring progress of the project and ensuring outcomes are satisfactory. They are also responsible for ongoing education and development of volunteers.

Joan, an Occupational Therapist, joined Solve Disability Solutions in 2010. Joan has had 8 years experience at the Austin Hospital working with the Victorian Respiratory Support Unit, with people with severe respiratory problems, mostly on ventilators and in iron lungs. She also has valuable experience working with people with chronic degenerative conditions such as Motor Neurone Disease and Multiple Sclerosis.

Rhiannon is an occupational therapist. Her area of expertise is paediatrics, having recently worked for The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne as well as a range of other paediatric roles prior to this. She works with the Freedom Wheels Program and within the metropolitan, Bendigo and Ballarat branches.

Revathi is an Occupational Therapist and has more than 8 years' experience working with children and people with various disabilities. She has extensive experience in customising wheelchairs for people with complex postural needs and prescribing various Assistive Technology devices. More recently she has worked with Irabina Autism Services. She works with the Freedom Wheels program and on projects in Metropolitan and South East Melbourne regions.  

Anne Collins is an Occupational Therapist and joined Solve Disability Solutions in 2009 as Project Coordinator for the Central Gippsland branch. Anne combines her work with Solve with part-time work in community health. Her area of expertise is in falls prevention.

Ewan, an Occupational Therapist, joined Solve Disability Solutions in 2001. Prior to joining he had spent a large proportion of his time working in the area of aids and equipment for people with disabilities. Having started at the Independent Living Centre, he later spent time at the Microcomputer Application Centre, now known as ComTEC, and the Spastic Society. Ewan is responsible for coordination of all projects in the Barwon Branch.

Rachel is an Occupational Therapist who joined Solve Disability Solutions' Peninsula Branch in 2008 as project coordinator.
